The Voyageur

I love going to the fort, although I do not go as often as I should. The park offers an abundance of material for drawing, painting, and photography for that matter.

Nothing original this week
This week was spent studying the styles of illustrators I like. The big man with the little dog is another sketch referenced from Peter De Seve. The second sketch of Red Riding Hood was referenced from Jonny Duddle.

The Money Goblin - Digitally Inked
Well I've been practicing how to digitally ink the Money Goblin. I'm using a Wacom Intuos 3 graphics tablet as my tool of choice, not that I really have a choice. I've experimented in both Photoshop and Illustrator to see how the two programs compare and differ from one another. This is the first finished version done in Photoshop. Next, I'll practice colouring the fella in Photoshop.
