So, I belong to a small group of individuals from my place of work that partake in a Cross-fit class twice a week. Our instructor, who also works along with us, has given of her time to put us through our paces free of charge. Lucky us! Bless her heart. All kidding aside, she will be turning 40 tomorrow. As a way of thanking her for all she has done for my health and that of the group, I presented her with a caricature at her surprise birthday party that took place earlier tonight.
