It's hockey season! All three of my boys are back on the ice and practising for another exciting year of hockey in T-Bay. This sketch is from a while back depicting a player lacing up his skates before the big game. Most players will do their skates before putting on the shoulder pads, elbow pads and jersey (sweater for all us Canadians). Helmet and gloves would be last of course. I wonder if there has ever been a player to do his skates with his gloves on? I don't even think it is possible, but it would make for an interesting challenge.
Great sketch very appropriate for this time of year...my guys are just lacing up for the start of their seasons. I am hooked :)
